Overview
Performs a variety of tasks relating to the general maintenance and repair. Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. May paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems as well as general building upkeep like walls, ceiling tiles etc. on main campus of assigned buildings. Responsible preventive maintenance and repairs to Doctor Office Building, Cancer Center, Lanier Building etc.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Five years of Maintenance experience.
