Job Summary

Provides leadership, guidance and direction in achieving outcomes consistent with organizational mission, goals and objectives in conjunction with the Vice President, Enterprise Virtual Health. Focuses on the development and scaling of the virtual health infrastructure that enables clinical care models and interventions that enhance growth, patient and care team experience, capacity management and throughput, and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Manages major transformative projects that impact all Regions.
  • Integrates best practice, compliance, and regulatory standards across departments to support desired targets and performance measures.
  • Plans, implements, and evaluates projects, services, policies, and procedures with the goal of ongoing performance improvement and compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Recommends the initiation, adjustment or suspension of various programs based on gaps, and program progress.
  • Manages and executes multiple complex projects, ensuring integration, coordination, timing, and consistency of process throughout all services and all Regions.
  • Works with clinical and administrative leaders on effective models and workflows to achieve operational excellence measures and Enterprise Strategy goals.
  • Develops leaders and departments to achieve at top engagement and quality performance levels. 

Physical Requirements
Work requires walking, standing, and sitting. Works in an office environment. Intact sense of sight and hearing. Work requires critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly in stressful situations. Must be able to lift 10lbs. of weight.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; Minimum 2 years of related work experience required.
