Hospitalist - APP - Charlotte, NC - Nocturnist

Overview

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Hospitalist Group in Charlotte, NC is searching for a Nocturnist APP to join our team at our Mercy location.

Position details include:

• Nocturnists work schedules of 7 on / 7 off, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• Weekends included in rotation above. Night rotation is rare.
• 100% inpatient adult medicine, no open ICU or procedures.

Position Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program. Must be Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant. Current license to practice as a NP or PA in North Carolina.
• Nurse practitioners are required to have a master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice. Certification as psychiatric NP from a nationally recognized certifying body required.
• Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred. Current or pending CAQ certification preferred.
• +1-2 years of experience REQUIRED.
