Overview
What will you do:
Provides Basic Life Support to patients of the age groups: Infant (0-12 months), Toddlers (1-3 years), pre-schoolers (3-6- years), School Aged (6-12 years), Adolescents (12-21 years), Adults (21-65 years) and Gerians (65+) as dispatched throughout the Emergency Medical Services area.
Major Job Functions
- Provides basic life support to patients according to established standards and guidelines.
Poor documentation and adherence to EMS protocols.
Poor documentation but does have adherence to EMS protocols.
Accurate and legible documentation that adherence to EMS protocols.
Very detailed documentation with clear adherence to EMS protocols.
Very detailed, legible, descriptive documentation with strict adherence to EMS protocols
What will you need:
High school or GED
1 - 3 yrs exp. EMT
BLS, ACLS, Cert in AEMT valid driver’s license and good driving record
