Overview
The Manager of Plant Operations schedules and supervises Plant Facilities teammates and is responsible for the daily operations of the Plant Facilities Department in the absence of the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience
- Apprenticeship in mechanical field.
- Experienced in all phases of Plant Facilities work.
- Supervisory experience in related field preferred.
- Computer skills required.
- Licensure/Certification
- Electrical, Plumbing, or Contractor’s license preferred.
- Interpersonal requirements
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, has a commitment to customer service.
- Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups.
- Works effectively toward collaborative relationship with the administrative team and community.
- Maintains a cooperative working relationship with ancillary departments.
