Overview

Job Summary
This exciting and highly visibly position will be key to Atrium HR’s success! You will work with collaborators across the Human Resources spectrum by leading the design, execution, evaluation, improvement, and updates of projects. Your work will be guided by best practice you’ve gained with prior project management experience and project management certification. A highly independent role, you will be very collaborative and possess a strong sense of organization and responsibility for assigned work and innately understand “what needs to get done” and follow through with results.


Essential Functions

Improve overall project performance by developing detailed project plans as well as utilizing other project management tools and techniques

Work with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to drive strategic initiatives

Coordinate project activities across HR strategic planning; identify, analyze, and resolve project support deficiencies and recommend corrective actions as necessary

Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projects; provide timely and accurate updates to all project related documents and facilitate project meetings

Develop detailed project plans, route deliverables; obtain management sign-offs, supply status reports, and supervise implementation

Work with HR for portfolio and prioritization of projects according to HR strategy, customer and compliance requirements

Maintain on-going communication with stakeholders regarding outstanding projects and responses to requests

Perform workflow analysis to determine best process solutions for HR processes, identifying non-value-added steps and proposing new process improvements

Develop and run analyses, which include timeline slippage, critical path and other ad hoc requests

Develop and participate in customer/user training as necessary

Coordinate and/or direct the activities of project team members


Education, Experience and Certification
Bachelor’s Degree required. Project management certification preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in project management required.
