QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ANALYST LPN
Minimum Requirements:
Assesses all quality referrals in order to prioritize quality issues. Ensures that all physician-related issues are reviewed by Director or his/her designee within specified time frame. Tracks all quality referrals. Runs reports and trends data. Reports to Director on weekly basis regarding status of quality issues. Assists with meeting PI standards. Assists various departments and service lines with ad hoc PI projects. Responsible for education and internal consultation for leaders in regard to external regulatory standards and quality/performance improvement activities. Assists departments in maintaining PI activities to improve quality of care. Serves as the project coordinator for assigned activities. Able to coordinate and facilitate performance improvement meetings. Facilitates information flow from the departments to the Quality Committee.
