Overview
This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Experienced RNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible for a bonus of $5,000 for Full Time positions, and $2,500 for Part Time positions. This is an RN Program Coordinator position on the Disparities and Outreach team and is a high-level position that focuses on cancer prevention, education, and navigation for underserved populations in North and South Carolina. Ideal applicants should be autonomous, flexible and team players. The bulk of this position will be working with the Mobile Lung Cancer Screening Program; however applicants would be involved in assisting our team with other cancer screenings and clinical guidance on patient scenarios.

Job Summary
Supervises, develops, and coordinates the clinical, research, educational and financial activities, as applicable, of their respective clinical program to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.
Essential Functions
Education, Experience and Certifications
BSN required. MSN preferred. NC RN license required. 2 years nursing experience required. Program management experience preferred. 5 years experience preferred. BLS HCP certification from AHA required. Depending on specialty area, a valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
