Coordinates, delegates, monitors and evaluates unit activities during assigned shift. Makes staff assignments, serves as resource to other staff, participates in performance improvement activities, ensures standards of care are maintained and represents nursing administration. Through utilization of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) provides patient care to a select group of patients
Requirements
Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current valid GA nursing license or eNLC nursing license
Current BLS
Two years progressive nursing experience in a healthcare environment
