Overview

The Atrium Health Physcial Rehabilitation Hospital Navicent Nursing Team is seeking a Charge Nurse  to become part of our success story. We are a strong team who care about each other, our patients and our community.

The Charge Nurse coordinates, delegates, monitors and evaluates unit activities during assigned shift. Makes staff assignments, serves as resource to other staff, participates in performance improvement activities, ensures standards of care are maintained and represents nursing administration. Through utilization of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) provides patient care to a select group of patients.   

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (bachelors, associates or diploma degree)
• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing preferred
• Two to four years of progressive nursing experience in a healthcare environment.
• Current Licensure as a professional Registered Nurse by the State of Georgia
• Current certification in CPR.
• Certification in rehabilitation nursing (CRRN) preferred.
