Overview

Job Summary

Provides support and leadership of high school athletic trainers.

Essential Functions

Provides support and leadership to athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, medical team, and community.
Develops and manages annual goals and budgeting.
Serves as Co-chair for Heart of a Champion Day.

Physical Requirements
Requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, lifting, and reaching. Requires ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds shoulder high and 50 pounds waist high. Requires ability to hear (corrected) and vision (corrected).

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. Certification through the National Trainers Association required. 3 years experience as High School or college NATA certified athletic trainer required. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.
