Job Summary
Support Medical Group operational leaders in use of reporting tools & metrics to identify variances and opportunities for improvement. 


Essential Functions

 

  • Demonstrates ability in planning, implementing and evaluating projects, services, policies and procedures with the goal of ongoing performance improvement.
  • Participates in the decision-making structure and processes.
  • Works effectively and assures that effective communications occur between other disciplines.
  • Oversees research on designated topics; benchmarks with current literature and evidenced based practices in Healthcare.
  • Analyzes Medical Group data utilizing reporting tools (Business Objects queries, Power BI, Crimson Medical Group Advantage, Excel pivot tables, etc.) 
  • Demonstrates understanding of practice operations’ workflow and data (scheduling & Epic templates, productivity, revenue cycle, patient experience)
  • Collaborates with operational leaders (Manager to VP-level) to continually enhance Medical Group performance to benchmarks

 

Physical Requirements
Work requires lifting, moving, walking, and transporting of large materials. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Must have personal transportation to travel to various locations.

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree in Business, Health Administration, or Finance preferred. 2 to 4 years experience in healthcare required.
