COVID-19 VACCINE: At Atrium Health, our mission is to improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing – for all. In July 2021, we joined the 150+ healthcare systems across the country that require COVID-19 vaccination. In addition, the federal government requires that healthcare providers who receive Medicare and Medicaid, including Atrium Health, ensure that all their workers have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Regardless of position, all new hires must submit proof of vaccination or obtain an approved medical or religious exemption as a condition of employment. This requirement helps to protect the health and safety of all who enter our doors. We offer a fair process for reviewing exemption requests. If you have any questions about our vaccine requirement or our exemption process, please feel free to ask during the application process.
